As a Safety Specialist, at BMW Group Plant Debrecen you're a crucial part of our vision to revolutionize the way we think about cars. What awaits you? Steering - coordination of equipment comissioning, handover, ensure proper support, required external expertise, morover you'll be responsible for set up safety circle, network of plant Debrecen preparing processes and support technologies in fulfillment. Representing and ensuring legal compliance in the area of responsibility during construction stages, ramp-up phase and after start of production. Being an active member of the audit team and engage in internal, group and third party audits. Engaging actively in safety and ergonomics projects in connection with associated technology or department. Providing services to related technology in all safety and ergonomics topics particularly planning, machine procurement process and acceptances. Consulting management on safety performance, incidents and activities. What you should bring along? University degree in Safety / EHS engineering and/or Industrial hygiene Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in occupational safety and ergonomics in a manufacturing environment including project management experience and experience in implementing and maintaining processes. Experience as an internal auditor is required. Lead-auditor qualification is an advantage. (ISO 45001). Deep knowledge of Hungarian safety requirements and EU applicable standards. Very good MS Office and presentation skills, especially Excel and Power Point. Proactive attitude with safety mindset, strong communication skills. Reliable and customer-oriented way of working. Hungarian and English business fluent - both written and spoken. German would be an advantage. What do we offer?
