Job Summary: Assists the Front Desk Manager with training and supervising guest services operations, including front desk and bell staff on a daily basis.

Responsibilities
- Assists the Front Desk Manager with training and supervising guest services operations, including front desk and bell staff on a daily basis.
- Preparing schedules according to hotel business demands and within the structure of budget.
- Assists with check-in, check-out, responds to guest requests and complaints.
- Train staff of detailed knowledge about the hotel’s services and hours of operations.
- Responsible for daily guest room blocking and guest requests are handled.
- Follow Company and departmental environmental practices, safety practices, and policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Possess background in hospitality or sales management.
- Possess excellent leaderships skills and ability to supervise and train the staff members.
- Must be flexible and adaptable to different changes and have good decision making skills.
- Knowledge of Opera property management software (PMS).
- Knowledge of basic math skills.
- Ability to demonstrate excellent organization and time management skills, goal oriented, and strong interpersonal communication skills and should be able to handle pressure situations.
Physical Requirements include:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds.
- Stand for up to eight hours per shift.
- Requires bending, stretching and reaching throughout a shift.
- Working safely with required chemicals.
