A kindhearted family in Needham is seeking a part time nanny/household manager to begin as soon as the right match is found! You’ll have the joy of working with an outgoing, funny 12 year old and a joyful, social 9 year old. The schedule for this position is M-F 1:30pm-6:30pm for a guarantee of 25 hours/week. The family is open to adding more duties to the role for a guarantee of up to 30 hours/week for the right candidate. This role’s responsibilities include meeting the children after school, making sure the afternoon routine runs smoothly (driving to various after school activities and providing homework support), and keeping the children on task. Household duties include following simple meal plan recipes (such as HelloFresh) 3-4 times per week, household laundry, grocery shopping, making lunches the night before, errands, and general tidying. The ability to perform light administrative tasks is preferred, such as researching activities, scheduling trips, and beyond, though this is not required.
