Retail Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Performance:

• Achieve & exceed monthly, quarterly, & annual sales targets.
• Proactively engage customers, understand their needs, and recommend products or services to meet those needs.
• Implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and contribute to the overall success of the shop.

Customer Service:

• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.

Product Knowledge:

• Stay informed about product features, benefits, and promotions.
• Continuously update product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Merchandising:

• Maintain a visually appealing and organized sales floor.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking shelves as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to create attractive product displays.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours as needed.

Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent.-Previous experience in retail sales is highly desirable.
