Nous voulons créer une équipe dynamique, engagée et qui cumulera les réussites! Nous commençons par des postes stratégiques et vous pouvez en faire partie. Partir de zéro (ou presque), repenser tous les process afin d'optimiser et d'améliorer le travail au quotidien, participer activement à mettre en place toutes ces nouvelles idées et préparer l'arrivée de l'équipe grandissante. RESUME DU POSTE La / le Responsable Banquets et Centre de Conférence assure le contact et le service de la clientèle. Il assure la vente et la distribution des produits des services de restauration du Centre de Conférence. Dans le cadre de sa mission de coordination et d'organisation de son service, il gère les équipes qui lui sont rattachées. Elle/Il a pour missions principales :
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ De préférence, un diplôme dans une discipline technique ou expérience professionnelle équivalente. Avoir le sens des responsabilités et le respect inconditionnel des règles en vigueur. Savoir organiser le travail de l'équipe en fonction de l'activité.
