Purpose The Kitchen Coordinator assists the Executive Chef by supporting in all administrative tasks & objectives related to the department. In collaboration with the hotel health & safety officer, he/she adheres to local regulations concerning health, safety, and other Four Seasons compliance requirements as brand standards.
