• <span ":="" 12px"="">Take accurate orders & serving food to guests. This includes memorizing the menu & actively selling/suggesting additional items.
• <span ":="" 12px"="">Placing food items on serving plates or dishes along with required condiments and utensils to present to customers.
• <span ":="" 12px"="">Maintaining and cleaning food service areas, restocking paper goods, condiments, silverware, dishware and drinks.
• <span ":="" 12px"="">Some employees will be required to work outdoors with exposure to different weather conditions.
• <span ":="" 12px"="">All employees will be moved between work areas as needed.
• <span ":="" 12px"="">Answers customer queries about area and activities.

• <span ":="" 12px"="">Must be over 21 years of age to apply.
• <span ":="" 12px"="">High school completion or equivalent certification.
• <span ":="" 12px"="">Proficiency in the use of computer business applications, with working knowledge of computerized restaurant point-of-sales (POS) systems. We use a Micros POS system.
• <span ":="" 12px"="">Ability to communicate clearly, verbally and written, with customers, employees and management.
• <span ":="" 12px"="">Ability working in a team or group environment.
• <span ":="" 12px"="">3 years of experience in positions involving serving, customer service, or bussing.
• <span ":="" 12px"="">Current TAPS card is required.
• <span ":="" 12px"="">Cicerone Cerification Required
• <span ":="" 12px"="">Must have a valid Alaska Food Handlers card.
• <span ":="" 12px"="">Must be eligible to work in the United States
