As a Customer Success Manager, where you'll spearhead initiatives to drive product adoption, reduce churn, capitalize on upsell opportunities, and manage renewals. Through strategic engagement and proactive client management, you'll ensure our customers maximize their investment while fostering lasting relationships and revenue growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Accountable for customer and Animaker stakeholders throughout the entire customer lifecycle
  • Execute on a customer business outcomes-driven strategy to ensure successful on-boarding, adoption, retention, renewal and expansion of your customer portfolio
  • Increase overall customer lifetime value through higher product adoption, usage, satisfaction and NPS scores
  • Interpret customer insights to drive change in product advocate on behalf of customers to product teams at Animaker

We Are Looking For People Who Are:

  • 2 to 4 Years of customer success experience in a Saas company 
  • Proactive interest to increase customer satisfaction and deepening customer relationship.
  • Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives Research & identify key client requirements within the accounts and suggest solutions that answer clients' needs an wants.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
