JOB SUMMARY: The Procurement Manager, HF&B Australia is responsible for the regional sourcing, negotiating, and contracting of all hotel, food and beverage items available regionally in Australia & New Zealand. Manages an annualized spend of ~$50M across the region. This position promotes best practices for supplier management, quality control, inventory management and logistics execution throughout the system as defined by Supply Chain leadership. The role will support various HF&B Procurement projects and initiatives, not specifically related to Australia Procurement, during the off season when ships reposition away from Australia Markets.
