Our plant in Monroe, WA is looking for people that can fillet seafood! We focus on getting quality smoked salmon to our local and national grocery stores. As a filleter, you will properly cut fresh fish to ensure maximum use of product. Proper handling of fish is required. Pay is $18.25 per hour, depending on experience.
