The selected incumbent will work in direct support of global and regional Human Resource initiatives as assigned by his/her manager. She/he will ensure master data quality, analyze key metrics in partnership with multiple human resources stakeholders to include People Services, CoE, HRBPs and HR Coordinators to implement
enhancements to current processes resulting in improved costs and operational efficiencies of global people operations service delivery.

Accountability Description:

• Ensure human resource master data is sufficient, accurate, and complete. Facilitate regular audits and data quality checks
• Communicate data issues and take needed action to resolve issues
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and HRBPs to resolve escalated issues in a thorough and timely manner
• Lead/ support special projects as required by Area Management

Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred

The position is a one year contract role.

We are required by law to disclose minimum base salary for the advertised positions. Minimum base salary for this role is 16000 EUR gross/year/full time plus other benefits.
