Responsible for the manual and courseware development of published guidance concerning all activities including training.

Maintain open communications with other department directors.

Issue operational notices/bulletins for this department.

Responsible for station record keeping.

Coordinate with the Senior Vice President and COO on personnel issues.

Ensure current material, publications or revisions are provided to station personnel.

Advise Human Resources of any pertinent personnel issues for the reporting employee.

Coordinate and directly supervise all station operations to ensure efficient administrative and customer service goals are achieved.

Act as the liaison representative with the FAA Principles or their designee involving station operations matters.

Responsible for manning all aircraft, ground equipment, facilities, cargo, ground deicing and passenger service in accordance with our code share partner’s requirements.

Develops and instructs aircraft familiarization for ADI and contract vendors.

Conducts annual Station Audits.

Provides consistent administration of ADI policies and procedures.
-
Oversees the development and delivery of employee development programs including disciplinary action, coaching, counseling and mentoring.

Oversees compliance to all Federal, State, Local, ADI and code share partners’ programs.
-
Establishes and maintains effective programs that monitor the safety, efficiency and compliance of our operations.

Safeguards ADI from claims arising from noncompliant operations.

In case of absence, shall designate duties to a designated person within the department who is qualified and prepared for the assignment.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Analyzes hazards and determines level of risk incurred within Aerodynamics operations. Authorized to accept operational risk as outlined in the Aerodynamics Safety Management System Manual Risk Management section.

Implement and maintain the SMS processes within the maintenance department. The processes include:
-
Hazard identification and safety risk assessment.
-
Assure the effectiveness of safety risk controls.
-
Promote safety as required ion the SMSM.
-
Advise the President/CEO on the performance of the SMS and on any need for improvement.

Maintain frequent communication with the Director of Safety, Security, and Compliance.
-
Ensure assigned duties are completed as defined in the Emergency Response Manual in emergency situations.
