We have a great position available for an outstanding Sr. Oracle Financials Functional Analyst as a part of Enterprise Systems team that enhances & supports Pandora business systems & processes. Enterprise Systems team works with various other departments in the company, and delivers new capabilities, optimizations, and automations that make our back-office operations more streamlined and effective. As a member of our highly motivated and collaborative team, you will be working with business stakeholders, business analysts, project managers, and developers, and should be dedicated to excellence and have a strong sense of personal responsibility.


  • Working closely with Finance Stakeholders to review various business processes, identify gaps, assess needs & opportunities for improvements, map to Oracle Cloud business processes. Advise solutions based on Oracle best practices within Oracle Finance Cloud application
  • Collaborate with business/IT leaders to develop multi-year vision, strategy and roadmap that leverage technologies to transform end-to-end business processes.
  • Participate in Oracle Cloud projects involving strategy & optimization related to business processes, security, implementation support and data integrity for the applications
  • Analyze information problems, requested changes to develop appropriate Systems solutions
  • Provide guidance to ERP support team for day-to-day problem analysis, issue tracking & resolution
  • Serve as a resource to superusers for education on technical system functionality.
  • Identify improvement opportunities for efficiency gains and communicate findings to senior management
  • Responsible for analyzing new product features and configuring ERP modules, test and deploy
  • Participate in Quarterly Patching & Upgrade planning, testing and execution.
  • Ensure that requirements documentation is easily translated into UAT/functional test plans, and ensure that proper testing of all systems functionality is completed.
  • Develop effective reporting tools needed to support the business unit information requirements.
  • May help in development of the project plan, monitoring and reporting on project progress
  • Engage with vendor service support groups to bring resolution to system performance or other processing issues.


Must have -

  • 12+ years of Strong Functional hands-on experience in Oracle ERP EBS or Oracle Fusion involving implementation and upgrades in AP/AR/Advanced Collections/GL/CM/ FA/PO/Procurement modules
  • Extensive experience in Oracle Finance Order to Cash & Procure to Pay process, SOX processes
  • Completion of one to two full implementation with Oracle Cloud Financials in Finance & P2P modules
  • Strong knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles and procedures
  • Extensive hands-on experience with full life-cycle implementation projects and upgrades, including project scoping, requirements definition, solution design, conference room pilots, applications configuration, system integration, regression testing, training, deployment, and support.
  • Experience in architecting technical solutions involving large number of integration systems
  • Experience handling month-end close, account reconciliation, consolidation and allocations
  • Knowledge in Fusion Tax is a plus
  • Expert knowledge of using FR Studio, Smartview reports, workflow configurations using BPM, Cloud tools such as Functional setup manager (FSM), rapid implementation templates and ADFDI templates

Nice to have:

  • Working knowledge of using OTBI/BI reporting
  • Prior experience with setting up Supplier portal, Supplier Qualification Management (SQM)
  • Knowledge or exposure to any subscription or Revenue Recognition systems such as Revpro
  • Working knowledge of any other SaaS or PaaS environments
  • Worked in agile processes, use of incident management system such as JIRA, ServiceNow
  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university
