A Bar A Ranch is located along the banks of the North Platte River, in the heart of southern Wyoming's Medicine Bow Mountains. Established in 1926, A Bar A Ranch is one of the oldest guest ranches in the country. It is also one of the largest with nearly 100,000 acres for guests and staff to explore, surrounded by National Forest and Wilderness Area.

We work as a team, and all staff must be prepared to support all areas of the ranch. A staff member's main assignment will be as agreed in his or her contract, however there are times when staff are expected to support other parts of the ranch team.
