Based in West Caldwell, NJ, Festival of Ballooning, Inc. is the promoter and producer of the largest summertime hot air balloon festival in North America. The Quick Chek New Jersey Festival of Ballooning July 28, 29, & 30, 2006 Solberg Airport, Readington, New Jersey We offer a variety of internship and career exploration opportunities in marketing, operations and event coordination. All positions provide interns with a behind-the-scenes, hands-on experience in producing a major entertainment event. Employment gives the student valuable real-world experience and responsibility, while allowing him/her to tap into our extensive sports and event marketing experience, as well as our vast list of contacts. Festival of Ballooning, Inc.'s sister company, Promo 1, will also be involved in staging a number of festivals in the summer of 2006. These include the Vermont Balloon and Music Festival, the Big Y 70th Anniversary Balloon and Music Festival, and the Nice N Easy Summer Celebration. This will provide additional opportunities to experience the thrill of producing live events.
