These units are fully furnished, down to the pots and pans; you only need to bring linens and any entertainment components. Rent is based on 2 people per room(total of 4 occupants in one unit):� $240/month plus utilities � $240 damage deposit required The local Steamboat Springs Transit also operates on a regular schedule through the employee housing area to transport you to town or any of the shopping facilities - and it's free! As space is limited, housing is awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis and we assign two individuals per bedroom. Only full-time employees may qualify for employee housing.
