From skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and backwoods excursions to fishing, golfing, rafting, rock climbing and mountain bike riding, there is always something to do. Mt. Bachelor's goal is to recruit team members that can deliver the highest level of customer service to our guests giving them a positive, memorable experience. Mt. Bachelor has a staff of over 800 team members and offers both full time and part time opportunities. We are looking for reliable team members who are enthusiastic and like to have fun while they work. A job in paradise is still serious work and requires a commitment to our guests. Our winter seasonal positions run from approximately mid-November through April. Team members are expected to commit to a full season. The hiring process starts in mid-September and will continue throughout the season as jobs become available. Pre-employment Drug/Alcohol testing is required. Mt. Bachelor has an average annual snowfall of 300 inches provided by Mother Nature. Experience the extreme rush from the top of Summit at 9,065 feet with a vertical drop of 3,365 feet or cruise with the kids the lower runs. From beginners to expert we have it all! Mt.
