Sales Advisor

Tru Fit Athletic Clubs, with 11 clubs, is continuing our rapid expansion and seeking self-motivated Sales Advisors to assist expansion and member growth.  

There are 5 clubs in the Denver area with our 6th Colorado club currently under construction in Cherry Creek.

As a Sales Advisor you will actively pursue enrollment of new members in this dynamic full-time position.

Compensation is base pay plus commissions and bonuses.  The potential is TRUly up to your personal self-discipline and desire to succeed. 

General Responsibilities Include:

• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly new member acquisition goals through persistent and enthusiastic outreach and helping all guests in becoming members.
• Energize the buying experience by encouraging all guests to become members by connecting guests with our club amenities, people and services to meet the unique needs, interests and goals of every guest.
• Recruit new members through outbound calling and lead generation.
• Initiate new leads and guest traffic via prospecting in the community.
• Maximize member referrals from new and existing members.
• Follow up with members that have enrolled.
• Provide the great customer service when communicating and interacting with members and guests.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, friendly and operational club

Qualifications

• College degree preferred, High School or GED required.
• 1-3 years of customer service or sales experience.
• Competitive desire to succeed in a commission based, high performance team environment.
• Personal passion and commitment, as an independent, self-starter, to help others LiveFit.
