The Service Representative reports directly to the Manager and is responsible for the maintenance of system input of routine field work. Develops quote in the system for direct ship profiles. Reviews daily profile approval report for Account Managers at locations without Disposal Service Representatives. Job Requirements: High School diploma or equivalency Bachelors degree in environmental studies (preferred) 2-3 years industry experience 1-2 years customer services experience Knowledge of Field Service equipment and supplies (strongly preferred) Proficiency in Windows based applications (preferred) Excellent communication skills Multi-tasked orientated Knowledge of disposal waste codes
