Sleep and Eat

The ranch provides all staff with room & board on property and a nominal fee is deducted for these services monthly.

Other Perks
The ranch provides staff with room, board, and the freedom to participate and enjoy the on-site ranch activities and recreation on their time off. Employees stay in a nice dorm setting on property sleeping 2-4 people in spacious rooms. Hearty and delicious ranch meals are served for guests and staff in the Main Lodge. All on-site activities are available to staff on their time off including horseback riding, waterskiing, wake boarding, stand up paddle boarding, sailing, fishing, hiking, tennis, and volleyball. In addition, all staff receive a share of the tip pool.
