The chef de rang is responsible for providing the guests with an exceptional dining experience by delivering prompt, courteous service in a manner that complies with Four Seasons standards and company policies and procedures. This involves a keen sense of team spirit, a friendly, customer service oriented attitude and excellent organizational skills. The chef de rang will be working in our Bar des Bergues. The shifts are continuous.
-Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the French and English language.
- Excellent knowledge of food, preparation and wines
- 1 to 2 years minimum food and beverage experience
