- Plan & control the jobs related to West Papua Marine Operations in order to respect the HSE policies, Code of Conduct and Standard operating Procedures (SOP).
- Provide reliable and continuous of West Papua marine operation to support smooth operations for Drilling, Production and Project activities in WPD Area in cost-optimized and time-effective manner.
- Establish operational standards and procedures for West Papua logistics dynamics and corresponding plan to provide proper and auditable business process.
- Contribute human resources aspects covering especially related to personnel competency development within service in order to reach proper competency of each personnel.

| Formation et connaissances |
| Minimum Nautical Expertise Class II in Merchant Marine Academy (ANT-2) |
| Expérience |
| Minimum 5 years experience in marine operation as supervisor/superintendent and suitable general knowledge in oil industry marine logistics (lifting, handling & transportations). |
| Aptitudes |
| Knowledge in marine operations; HSE MS; Basic knowledge of marine & drilling operations. |
