Position summary The Director of Security has responsibility for the day to day security force of the property to ensure the safety and security of all guests, personnel and property. The role includes risk, loss management of the property, as well as taking a lead in Work place safety and life/fire safety systems , preventing situations that could jeopardize the safety and operation of the hotel. Requirements We are looking for individuals who demonstrate leadership and communication skills. Applicants are required to have three to five years experience of security or police in a senior supervisory/managerial capacity. A security or Hospitality Management Degree qualification is preferred, however, not essential with previous relevant experience. Some travel is required for training, conferences and special events. | |
