Director Of Rooms - Four Seasons Hotel Amman

Position summary      

• Directs and controls the activities of the Front Desk, Reservations, Communications, Concierge, Housekeeping, Health Club/Spa, Security, Bell Staff and Driveway Staff. 
• Assures that standards are met, guests and employees are satisfied and problems are promptly resolved. 
• Takes actions that maximize the profit of the division

 
Requirements      

• The ideal candidate must have previous Director of Rooms experience, with excellent communication and time management skills.
• Solid knowledge in Rooms division is required with three to five years experience with a diversity of operational Rooms Division management positions.
