Registered Nurse (UH-5A Ortho-Trauma Unit)

Responsibilities*

The Ortho-Trauma team is an outstanding workforce of nurses, physicians, therapists, and orthotics collaboratively working to plan a treatment regimen for our patients that allow you to deliver world-class care.
You will be providing unique surgical care and aggressive management to patients who have had total hip and knee replacements, acetabular fractures and spinal fusion operations. Our distinct nurse/patient ratios allow for more personalized, prompt, care.

Required Qualifications*

Current Michigan RN license.
Graduate Nurse applicants that have passed the NCLEX will be considered.

Desired Qualifications*

1 year RN experience, experience with Ortho/Trauma or Surgical population.

Salary & Nursing Framework Level:
This UMPNC RN posting is posted as Nursing Framework LEVEL C.
Actual Nursing Framework LEVEL and salary will be determined at time of hire.
Nursing Framework levels range from Level A to Level E.

Work Schedule

Hours:36 hours per week, 8 hrs
Shift: Evening shift ,rotating every other weekend
Location: University Hospital- 5A
