Community Wellness Director

At the La Crosse Area Family YMCA, we believe that well-being in the work place is just as important as at home. Assisting businesses in changing the way their employees live and work is the promise we make to our Corporate Wellness Partners. To fulfill this promise, our Community Wellness Director works side by side with business and organizational leaders within our community to help support employees in their pursuit of personal health and well-being; to help to build an organization environment that promotes healthy lifestyles; and to help shape their organization's culture to embraces employee wellness as a best practice.

We are seeking a highly motivated, visionary team member who can lead our Community Wellness efforts. Candidates for this position must have strong relationship building and communication skills, a passion for employee wellness and be highly innovative.

Bachelors Degree required, Masters Degree preferred, in Community/Public Health, Exercise Sports Science or related field. 3-5 years experience leading and facilitating small groups, project management and supervision.
