Manager Of Finance

Description:
The Manager of Finance is responsible for the following: Manages the planning and direction of department projects and oversees operations and cost-effectiveness of operations. Systems/ programs Monitors/evaluates project progress/results to determine process improvements.  Establishes policies, procedures and directives to support daily operations of the finance discipline. Develops and monitors the execution of financial programs. Monitors/maintains/and reviews financial records. Reviews/monitors contract program objectives/ utilization of funds. Recommends changes in financial resource allocation. Assists in the preperation of department contract budgets. Develops expense projections. Directs preperation of reports and other financial documentation. Meets requirements of regulatory agencies for transactions and reporting.
