Support and coordinate all client related business development functions and staff within the company.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/KNOWLEDGE:
- Provide pleasant and professional services to all prospects, internal and external clients.
- Ensure client satisfaction of both new and existing customers.
- Perform data entry by maintaining all client information through CRM solution.
- Prepare internal and external correspondence with timeliness and accuracy.
- Set up client folder and maintain current and accurate filing including client files.
- Develop contracts and provide edits of other necessary legal documents as requested.
- Support business development managers with client calls, meetings and pitches.
- Coordinate calendar for sales department including booking sales meetings, coordinating client meetings
- Manage sales and promotional materials, inventory
- Answer all incoming phone calls in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner, using the appropriate greeting and providing knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and personalized service
- Perform a variety of other administrative support tasks including the set up of accounts and billing information, documenting sales activities and assisting Sales Managers with accounting functions.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1 year experience in event, meeting and/or association related field in additional to sales experience.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Adaptable, friendly, reliable, enthusiastic and articulate demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power Point and Outlook and be able to type with speed and accuracy.
