Support and coordinate all client related business development functions and staff within the company.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/KNOWLEDGE:

  • Provide pleasant and professional services to all prospects, internal and external clients.
  • Ensure client satisfaction of both new and existing customers.
  • Perform data entry by maintaining all client information through CRM solution.
  • Prepare internal and external correspondence with timeliness and accuracy.
  • Set up client folder and maintain current and accurate filing including client files.
  • Develop contracts and provide edits of other necessary legal documents as requested.
  • Support business development managers with client calls, meetings and pitches.
  • Coordinate calendar for sales department including booking sales meetings, coordinating client meetings
  • Manage sales and promotional materials, inventory
  • Answer all incoming phone calls in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner, using the appropriate greeting and providing knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and personalized service
  • Perform a variety of other administrative support tasks including the set up of accounts and billing information, documenting sales activities and assisting Sales Managers with accounting functions.
  • Other duties as assigned


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1 year experience in event, meeting and/or association related field in additional to sales experience.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Adaptable, friendly, reliable, enthusiastic and articulate demeanor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power Point and Outlook and be able to type with speed and accuracy.
