We are currently searching for Training and Development Managers to join our team. This unique management position delivers a variety of professional quality orientation and training programs, while assessing the current and future needs of development for the shipboard team. Potential candidates must have at least two years of progressive training and development experience. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): • Provide professional internal consulting that creates measurable performance solutions and long-term growth and development for all employees • Consults with management to provide internal consulting for performance solutions, growth and development needs analysis, orientation, training curriculums and needs, and methods to improve effectiveness • Responsible for the execution and delivery of the New Hire Welcome and orientation programs for all new shipboard employees, as well as trainings covering diversity, harassment, ethics, guest services, health and safety, leadership and management skills and promotional development • Monitors and reports employee progress during training periods, while maintaining training records for training schedules
Qualifications Hiring Requirements: • Minimum of two years experience in training and development experience, preferably in a customer service environment • Ability to accommodate a 4 months on / 2 months off contract schedule for this onboard position. • Human Resources Generalist experience preferred • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or international equivalent • Ability to participate in life-saving emergency drills and required training. • Ability to read, write and speak English clearly and distinctly • All international applicants must have the ability to obtain a C1/D1 visa (and other relevant visas) when applicable.
