Job Title: Bartender
Pay Range: DOE + Tips
Position Status: Seasonal (full or part-time)

Job Duties & Responsibilities
Prepares and services alcoholic beverages to restaurant guests, being concerned with quality, quantity and appearance of the product served. Mixes all beverages consistently, applying recipe knowledge of all drinks.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent and one year of bartender experience. Current Techniques of Alcohol Management (TAMS) Certificate is required.
Working Conditions
Standard restaurant and bar environment as part of an aerial tramway and lift operation at an elevation of 1,800 ft. Constant movement in a confined area, prolonged standing for extended periods of time, physical strength to move up to 60 lbs., stoop, bend, and reach/retrieve from below/above head. The Tram is a non-smoking facility with designated outside smoking areas.
Description
Mount Roberts Tram an aerial tramway owned and operated by Goldbelt Inc., a local urban Native corporation. It is located in Juneau, Alaska near the cruise ship docks at the base of Mount Roberts. Raven and Eagle Tram cars run every six minutes and provide an awesome perspective of the Inside Passage and the city of Juneau. MRT offer visitors a glimpse into Alaska's natural beauty, history, and heritage. When guests arrive at the upper mountain house they can shop for gifts and souvenirs, enjoy locally brewed beer, fine wine, Alaskan cuisine; watch the award winning film Seeing Daylight, enjoy the views, wildlife, flora/fauna, or go for a pleasant hike through the alpine rainforest.
