Copper Mountain F&B Crewmembers are responsible for all day to day business objectives of the operation. This includes continual rotation of job duties that include but are not limited to: food preparation, food handling, grill duties, bussing, cashiering, snow removal, stocking, monitoring par levels of inventory, trash removal, dishwashing, cleaning, guest service, etc.

Requirements: Basic Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods of time (will include nights on special event weekends and holidays)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, any times or days needed
- Ability to lift and carry loads of up to 50lbs
- Ability to negotiate stairs
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
- Must be able to hear normal conversations in a busy, crowded environment
- Vision must be within normal range to work safely and to read written information
- Must be fluent in English
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- TIPS certification preferable, may be obtained after employment
- 18 years of age or older, required to sell alcoholic beverages
Preferred Experience:
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work calmly in a high stress environment
- Must be able to multi task, prioritize and organize
- Previous food court/restaurant/QSR experience is advantageous.
- Training will be provided for relevant outlet equipment
- Ability to ski or ride at an intermediate level or above if working at on-mountain outlet
- Necessary equipment to ski and/or ride to location if working at on-mountain outlets
