Customer Service Representative- Paramount Pictures Home Entertainment

Job Summary This position is responsible for handling incoming calls into Paramount Home Entertainment Customer Service and the order process for all Paramount Home Entertainment customers, entering orders into the Home Entertainment computer system (SAP), handling order status inquiries, shipment discrepancies and various other duties and assisting the Senior Customer Service Representatives and the Superviors of Customer Service with special projects as required.

Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
* Inputs orders from Paramount Home Entertainment customers and sales force into the Home Entertainment computer system (SAP), watching for special instructions and ensuring all information is accurate. Various types of orders include Revenue Share, Complimentary, EDI, Vendor Managed, Value Added Services, etc.
* Handles and resolves inquiries from the sales force, outside duplicators, customers and consumers regarding order status and general product information. This includes keeping up-to-date with all products, product numbers, order cutoff, street dates, person authorized to give and/or change orders, delivery dates, backorders, etc.
* Investigates shipment discrepancy inquiries from customers and vendors. Possesses the authorization to request Proof of Deliveries from duplicators and forward to customers and to resolve billing errors and shipment discrepancies via return authorizations and debit/credit memos
* Prepares documentation for new Complimentary and Employee customer number set-ups as needed
* Maintains the refused shipment log prepared by our distributor and the ultimate resolution of the refused shipment
* Works with the sales force and customers on the creation and set-up of Value Added Service orders including corrugate assembly, bill of materials and price stickering
* Takes hot orders from retail locations and entering into the EVMI website
* Maintains files of the daily manual orders
* Assists with the preparation of various reports relating to customer information for senior management as requested Qualifications/Skills Basic qualifications:
* Minimum of one year experience in customer service and/or order entry
* On-line entry, accurate 10 Key and Microsoft Excel

Desired skills:
* SAP knowledge
* Previous background in the home entertainment industry and/or distribution
* Ability to work as a team player and in a professional manner is necessary
* Effective oral and written communication skills and follow through proficiency are required to effectively interface with Company personnel, customers and outside contacts
