The Account Service Representative is responsible for maintaining all aspects of account management and providing timely and accurate information to the sales team and to the client. This involves working with multiple departments such as Advertising Sales, Strategic Planning, Traffic, Sales Invoicing, Sales Information and Credit. Specific responsibilities include:
Client Service - Serve as the first line of contact with internal and external entities to ensure the proper maintenance of Turner's multi-million-dollar advertiser schedules from proposal to payment.
Booking Orders - Responsible for entering advertiser commercial schedule requirements into our in-house ordering system.
Post Analysis - Compare and analyze invoiced data against Nielsen Media research reports to determine if the advertiser's schedule has reached the audience we promised (includes preparing audience deficiency plans to address possible delivery shortfalls).
Allocations - Apply basic mathematical formulas to distribute commercial airtime across specific brands, weeks and programming based on advertiser's marketing needs.
Invoice validation/adjustment - Verify scheduled commercials versus aired commercials and resolving any discrepancies.
DIGITAL SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (DSR): The Digital Service Representative is responsible for maintaining all aspects of digital account management and providing timely and accurate information to the sales team and to the client. This includes creating insertion orders (IO's), IO modifications/optimizations, weekly deal stewardship, quality assurance checks, invoice reconciliation and account tracking for revenue and delivery. The DSR works with multiple departments such as Advertising Sales, Strategic Planning, Traffic, Sales Invoicing, Sales Information and Credit. Specific responsibilities include:
Client Service - Serve as the first line of contact with internal and external entities to ensure the proper maintenance of Turner's multi-million-dollar advertiser campaigns from proposal to payment. Develop positive business relationships with clients and agencies.
Order Generation and Optimization - Responsible for entering advertiser contracts into our in-house contract management system. Coordinate any changes/optimizations to original contract with internal departments/clients and ensure they are properly executed.
Invoicing - Collaborate with Sales Invoicing, Finance and Credit to reconcile campaigns from a revenue standpoint. Work with clients to resolve any differences in 3rd party reporting systems.
Deal Stewardship and Analysis - Work closely with Sales/Traffic teams to manage all facets of digital campaign management. Observe and report weekly on all pacing and delivery. Communicate with all internal and external partners to ensure accurate and proper campaign execution based on contract terms to manage and exceed clients' expectations.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR BOTH ASR & DSR POSITIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree with related internship or one year post-graduate work experience required.
- Client Service and/or Account Management experience a plus.
- Must have strong communication/interpersonal skills, be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment, be detail oriented and responsive, deadline driven and have strong quantitative reasoning skills.
- Computer Skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Qualified candidates must pass a job related media math assessment in order to proceed in the interview process.
