Qualifications: 1-2 years experience and/or internships preferably in communications/media industry. Bachelor's degree preferred. Great communication and organizational skills. Should have a teamwork attitude. Strong time management skills with ability to multi-task effectively.
Proficient in MS Office Products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Creativity, client service, pioritization, is critical.

Duties:
Individual will manage all administrative support to the VP and Director of Development.

Responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling department meetings, executive meetings, travel, festival travel/attendance, cover phones which includes logging and screening effectively.
  • Log all incoming submissions for shows and covering those submissions.
  • Update pitch database.
  • Manage paper and electronic filing systems. Manage contact lists of talent, agents, producers, employees and business partners.
  • Liaise with outside consultants and other internal departments to effectively and efficiently assist with departmental projects.
  • Maintain organizational practices and knowledge of policies for department. Liaise with all members of department to ensure effective communication.
  • Handle miscellaneous, standard and complex administrative requests.
  • Prepare invoices, departmental expenses for processing on a biweekly basis.
  • Keep organized and timely records of all financial documents.
  • Order office supplies and handle technology/equipment requests for departments
  • Participate in creative meetings and brainstorms on new projects. Provide research on new projects or potential areas of development.
