General Responsibilities

·         Deliver interactive educational content to learners using scripted multimedia materials and a variety of audio-visual aids

·         Use immersive learning techniques such as story-telling, singing, dialogue and role playing in combination with formal exercises to deliver curriculum

·         Interact with learners in a way that makes language learning fun, engaging and effective

·         Measure progress through both formal and informal assessments

·         Participate in center promotional and social events as needed

·         Partner with Assistant Trainer to lead the class, and ensure classes are run efficiently and start and end as scheduled

·         Collect audio & visual portfolio evidence of language learner work & progress during lessons

Required Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution

·         A minimum of 18 months of post-bachelor’s work experience, including a minimum of 12 months of continuous teaching employment

·         A passion for educating children

·         Ability to command the attention of large groups of children in an engaging manner

·         English language fluency including but not limited to: proper grammar, sentence structure, word tense, subject-verb agreement, and proper use of adjectives and adverbs

·         Demonstration of a neutral accent, clear pronunciation, good intonation and English language rhythm

·         Energetic, enthusiastic approach to delivering content to learners

·         Ability to commit to a 12-15 month contract

Compensation/Benefits Highlights

·         10-11,000 RMB monthly salary
