Guest Services Representative - Level 1 WA

Description
•Greets all visitors in a warm and professional manner.
•Conduct an informative tasting.
•Conduct a pleasant and informative guided tour.
•Operate the computerized cash registers.
•Stock retail area by moving and distributing cases of wine and other miscellaneous merchandise.
•Assist with the set-up of tables, chairs, glassware, table setting, cooking and serving at special events and tastings.
•Participate in physical inventory counts as requested.
•Interest in food and wine pairings
•Conduct VIP events with minimal supervision


Requirements
•HS Diploma
•Ability to read, write, speak and communicate in English
•Previous experience in a retail setting necessary for the operation of the computerized cash register.
•This position will require at least one day of the weekend to be worked.
•Food and Beverage Service Workers permit for Washington State required within 30 days of employment.
•Excellent math skills required.
•Professional appearance, excellent customer service technique to include public speaking ability.
•Must have sincere interest in wine and participate in varietal inter-departmental tastings.
