Warmly greet all arriving owners and guests while providing courteous, efficient, and enthusiastic valet parking services.
Loads and unloads luggage from and to vehicles as needed.
Interact with limousine and taxi drivers in a professional manner
Collect a vehicle claim check and retrieve vehicle for their departure.
Open doors for owners and guests and places luggage in vehicles as necessary.
Accommodate guest requiring special assistance and aid.
Report issues and/or potential problems to security or immediate supervisor to avoid traffic congestion and delays on the ramp.
Answer questions about registration, restaurants, events, activities, and attractions. Also provide information about the city of Las Vegas when possible.
Resolve owner and guest concerns within the scope of authority, otherwise refers to the supervisor on duty.
Immediately report all alleged thefts or missing items to the supervisor and/or security for further investigation.
Respond to emergency situations when requested.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Required:
At least 1 year experience working in a service related position.
Valid Driver License.
Excellent customer service skills.
Must have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
Preferred:
Previous Valet experience in a hotel/resort.
Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
