Under Armour is looking for a qualified, driven CSR, UK Golf  This is an opportunity to be part of a great success story, as Under Armour continues to impact the business like no other company has. As a CSR, UK Golf, you will respond to all customer and sales representative inquiries, regarding orders, shipments, products and complaints for the UK Golf accounts.  As the key link between Sales and our customers, a CSR provides exceptional serice and support to members of our sales team and our accounts.

What will I do at UA?

  • Work daily within SAP to place orders, track orders and manage all issues related to the UK Independent accounts
  • Answer all incoming calls in a pleasant, professional, courteous and timely fashion
  • Direct/transfer calls as necessary
  • Distribute sales correspondence to appropriate individuals in a timely fashion
  • Coordinates incoming and outgoing fax transmittals/mainitaning fax log
  • Maintain sales files including quotations, contact reports, sales history, work orders, etc
  • Manage customer database for entry of leads and generation of correspondence.  Ensures database is maintained and kept up to date
  • Accurately inputs orders and relative data in the customer database
  • Coordinates literature mailings for advertising leads, business reply cards, call inquiries, and special mailings
  • Assist in customer service activities as needed
  • Work as a team with other CSRs to manage the business and support teammates when needed


Skills and Experience:

  • Strong computer and analytical skills
  • History of punctuality and deadline adhherence
  • Time Management/Multi-tasking
  • Ability to run and interpret reports
  • Customer Service experience
  • Team Player


Qualifications to be considered:

  • High School (or GED), and 2 or more years customer service experience working with golf accounts preferred (preferably in a manufacturing environment); or equivelant combination of education and related experience.
  • SAP Systems preferred – ideally with experience in the AFS component.  PC experience: Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook
