Work with incoming jobs, job delivery, and coordinate with program stand for racing. Work with the vendor on maintenance and proper operation of the copy equipment. Work with requested print jobs through the job tracking software. Build and print the necessary programs and forms for the program stand (race retail). Communicate the job status with the requesting department as necessary. Perform other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have knowledge of basic computer and office systems. Ability to build documents in Word and Quark XPress. Minimum of two (2) years of experience required. Must have excellent communication skills. Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
