We are looking for a Sales Recruiter to be based out of our Toronto office to help build our sales organization. The Sales Recruiter will be responsible for managing and supporting the entire recruiting process for Corporate Sales roles.
Sourcing, recruiting and hiring salesforce.com professionals across a wide range of roles within our Corporate Sales unit.
Managing the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance.
Participating on the worldwide recruiting team in developing, implementing and executing recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates.
Build solid relationships with sales leadership teams and serve as a partner before, during, and after the recruiting process.
Be proactive in networking, cold-calling, and "deep diving" into passive candidate networks throughout the greater Toronto area.
Partnering with other departments (Finance, Legal, etc) to drive the recruiting process through on-boarding.
5+ years recruiting experience, either as a Sales Recruiter or in an agency setting (or a combination of both)
Strong understanding of sales language, compensation, techniques and methodologies
Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates from direct competitors
Familiarity with the Toronto sales and technology markets
Ability to articulate the salesforce.com value proposition and story to candidates
Ability to cold-call and build relationships by phone
Experience partnering and influencing Senior Hiring Managers and Executives throughout the recruiting cycle
Expert knowledge in direct sourcing and effective interviewing techniques
Successfully deliver on all deadlines and flawlessly execute in a very fast-paced environment
Strong MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Working knowledge of ATS/TMS tools and technologies
Experience recruiting for a growing technology company strongly preferred
Previous sales or business development experience strongly preferred
