As a Product Manager for Marketing Technologies, you have the unique opportunity to evolve and reenergize Pandora's focus on listeners first. You will help drive the product roadmap and strategic vision for marketing technology at Pandora in order to accelerate listener growth and increase brand relevance. You\u2019ll help invent new ways to reach millions of listeners (and potential listeners) with personalized digital, social, and mobile marketing that highlights the product, artists, and other content creators. Pandora is evolving its product offering and this role is central to driving adoption.

  • Own your roadmap for marketing technology from vision to launch and mass adoption, generating measurable value for listeners and Pandora
  • Establish and communicate a product vision and roadmap that inspires and focuses creativity and investment in your product feature
  • Earn the trust of key partners across the company by understanding their perspectives and providing a compelling rationale for product decisions
  • Identify breakthrough innovations based on insights from quantitative and qualitative research, market analysis and experimentation
  • Identify opportunities to use data to personalize how and when we message listeners
  • Formulate and articulate detailed requirements for product concepts that appeal to millions of users, each of whom have unique musical tastes
  • Partner and collaborate closely with marketers, scientists, designers, engineers, analysts and other managers to deliver on key roadmap priorities

  • Analytical skills, proven ability to use data and metrics to evaluate decisions, provide insights, and drive action; understanding of multivariate experimentation
  • An innovation mindset with the ability to assess the value of candidate product concepts
  • Experience communicating with executive stakeholders and investors, anticipating questions and articulating decisions with supporting rationale; high-attention to detail
  • Strong collaborator with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A passion for music
  • MBA and/or MS degree in HCI, Computer Science, Product Design, or related technical field preferred
