Operations Specialist

Currently operating in stealth mode for an up & coming VERY exciting launch…one of the leading personal mobility companies in America is actively seeking an Operations Specialist to manage daily operations!

Physical Demands & Required Skills:

• Ability work on foot and/or travel for long durations outdoors

• Able to bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds frequently thought shifts. Must be comfortable loading and driving cargo vans

• Ability to safely drive 16ft Transit Cargo vans in heavy traffic, on city streets, freeways, and in tight parking lots (must have valid driver’s license with clean MVR report and be 21+)

• Clear communication & solid listening skills with strong customer service experience

• Familiar with Smartphone Apps & GPS

Operational Tasks:

• Perform deployments, retrieval & re-balancing (walking, riding, driving vans)
• Perform basic repairs & maintenance on the streets as well as in warehouse or van
• Respond timely to customer requests & complaints
• Assist in maintaining a clean warehouse and safe work environment

Preferred Experience & Background:

• Previous delivery driving, mechanical and/or logistics experience
• Field Marketing/promotion work / Brand Ambassador
