Job Description:

The EEG Technician is a participating member of a multidisciplinary team providing neurological diagnostics of JFK Medical Center. This position requires full knowledge of daily operations of the EEG department in clinical and clerical duties. An EEG knowledge base is essential in EEG, EMG, MSLT Evoked Potential Studies, Human Behavior, and emergency procedures/safety as per policy and procedure. The EEG technician will serve as an educator, staff developer, QA monitor, clerk, clinician,

and role model.

Minimum Education - High School or equivalent. BLS REQUIRED. Minimum Experience - Previous experience as an EEG technician required.
    Pediatrics and Neonatal experience preferred.
