Pandora Media is looking for an Ad Operations Tech intern who wants to learn more about how technology plays a part in digital advertising operations as well as provide added support for the Pandora Ad Tech team. You will gain exposure to understanding third party ad serving use cases and ad serving systems/platforms, Viewability/Audience Verification, implementing and testing online, mobile, and device ad campaigns, and understanding technical support documentation for client facing teams. This is a great opportunity to learn the technical fundamentals of digital advertising operations in Pandora's fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

What's in it for you:
  • Learning use cases for 3rd party ad serving and verifying that technical documentation meets the needs of business and our end users
  • Setting up test campaigns in our proprietary ad server to test campaigns, new products, features and metrics
  • Testing products to benchmark Viewability and Audience Verification and providing reporting for these metrics to Ad Tech Leads for analysis
  • Testing and validating changes to creative code implemented in our ad systems

To land this gig, you will need:
  • Currently enrolled student with strong academic credentials and graduating in December 2017 or May 2018
  • Internship or work-related experience in advertising preferred
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Results-driven with strong analytical skills
  • Some experience with DoubleClick's DFP ad server and 3rd party rich media vendors such as DCM and Sizmek a plus
  • Basic understanding of JavaScript/HTML is a plus
  • Must love music!
