Pandora is looking for a Technical Program Manager within the Sales Operations group. The Technical Program Manager will focus on Ads Go-To-Market, responsible for the commercialization of Pandora\u2019s ad products and capabilities, supporting the full suite of ad products throughout their life cycle. \u00a0
This is a highly cross functional independent contributor role which combines aspects of project management, product management, product marketing, marketing communications, and training.
The Technical Program Manager will be charged with\u00a0driving and managing concurrent projects related the successful roll out, communication and commercialization of ad products and capabilities and when necessary,\u00a0retiring products from the product suite.\u00a0
The Technical Program Manager must understand the full quote to cash process related to ad products: how they are pitched, reserved, trafficked, reported, billed and finally moved through the revenue recognition process.\u00a0
The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing large scale sales operations projects for online or mobile advertising departments, and past success in being a liaison with senior cross functional leaders in Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Ad Technology and Ad Operations.\u00a0
You should be able to build proactive communication programs and possess an ability to distill complicated issues into meaningful, actionable components. You should have an eye for efficiency, scale and automation, and always question how we can make things better, faster, easier. \u00a0
You \u00a0enjoy working autonomously but thrive on collaboration. You should enjoy working in an extremely fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. Excellent relationship building skills, communication capabilities, and experience with crisis communications and project management skills are crucial. And, of course, you should love music.
