We are looking for a Front Office Manager to join our team. As Front Office Manager, you will be responsible to oversee the daily operations of the front office ensuring front desk team consistently delivers a level of customer service that exceeds guests' expectations. Act as the main contact for guests and other hotel departments.
Must be able to coordinate front office activities of hotel and resolve problems arising from guests' complaints, reservation and room assignment activities, and unusual requests and inquiries.
Direct and train guest services team. Assist in new-hire and on-going training. Ensure all front office work is completed efficiently and according to schedule. Supervise all aspects of the Front Desk duties.
Successful candidates must have a proven track record of success in delivering exceptional guest service, product quality and building a loyal, committed team.
Required Skills & Experience:
*Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
*Must have excellent customer relations skills and leadership capability.
*Must be detail oriented with outstanding organizational and communication skills.
*Minimum 2 years previous supervisory experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Visual Matrix required.
