Position Description:
Requirements and Competencies:
    * Previous barista experience preferred
    * Must be able to stand for long periods of time
    * Must be able to lift, push and pull 20 pounds
    * Team members over 18 years of age must be able to complete provided RCS Responsible Vendor Training (alcohol) training

Primary Responsibilities:

    * Keep all work areas clean and sanitary to provide our guests with a safe and attractive atmosphere
    * Follow menu specifications and serving procedures for each product; ensure correct portions of food or beverage are served
    * Ensure that items are served at correct temperatures and in the proper plate presentation
    * Restock cold line and dry storage items (i.e. - desserts, salads, sandwiches, cups plates, etc.)
    * Empty trash, clear tables, sweep and detailing cleaning
    * Refill ice bins as well as carrying ice
    * Perform other duties as directed
