Position Description:
The incumbent in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both the internal and external customer. The incumbent is also responsible for inspecting hotel guest rooms for cleanliness and quality, ensuring Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc.'s standards.
Job Requirements:
Demonstrated knowledge of housekeeping department policies and procedures. Ability to learn detailed inspection routines. Ability to direct work of subordinates. These skills are typically acquired through a minimum of six months' housekeeping experience.
