Position Description:
In collaboration with the Director of Plan Administration, designs, develops, and implements the integrated Health Improvement and Health Promotion strategy. By acting as an advocate for wellness, prevention and employee engagement and through partnership with medical, behavioral, and disability management teams, the Manager will impact key preventive health metrics and outcomes for the employee and eligible dependent population. The Manager will successfully drive the programs to improve the health and productivity of employees through designed programs, data analysis and health plan correlation.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in health-related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 5-years health related experience.
- Proficient with Word, PowerPoint and Excel applications.
- Demonstrated leadership in project management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of the organization.
- Broad knowledgebase of health care operations with specific expertise in health promotion and wellness.
- Ability to analyze data and make appropriate recommendations
