* Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
* Must have at least 1 year computer or telecommunications experience
* Must have a valid state driver's license and be able to obtain a company driver’s license
* Must have experience with basic network hardware and workstation operation and multi-building connections
* Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Must be able to stand for long periods of time
* Must be able to push/pull 150 pounds
* Must be able to lift 75 pounds

Primary Responsibilities:

* Support basic telephone switch operations, program, trouble shoot and install analog and digital phones, Audix voice mail boxes, hypercoms and quikpagers
* Support front gate and DCO entrance systems to include but not limited to turnstiles, ticket kiosks, toll booths, biometric and survey scanners
* Set up new user network access; complete user list reports for applications access management and related filing
* Configure new PC's, network and stand alone printers and other IT office related products
* Support communication devices and provide usage reports for radios, pagers, cell phones, black berries, Nextel’s and other related devices
* Complete work orders, become familiar with system documentation and submit reports as required
* Maintain daily parts repair and equipment receiving process
* Complete network and telephone system uptime reports
* Complete system back ups and battery checks
